Little Lending Library Coming to Health and Energy Center

We are very happy to announce that we will be creating a Little Lending Library and stationing it at the Health and Energy Center of Wisconsin. Books will focus on Holistic Health, alternative medicine, nutrition, detox, healthy lifestyle, health food, raw food, essential oils, vitamins, wellness, weight-loss, diet, exercise and anything else health related.  Please consider donating a book that has changed your life, so you can help others do the same. We will be filling it with all the books we can find that you might like to read and return. Our hope is to affect the lives of more people and increase awareness of real health. Please let others know about the Little Lending Library and donate books as you are able. Thanks for helping us make a difference! Happy Hour Potluck and Game Night

Please join us for the first of a monthly game night at the Health and Energy Center of Wisconsin. Bring a dish to share, your favorite game, and your sparkling self for some lively conversation about how to keep yourself healthy with common sense approaches. We will be hosting these evenings throughout the summer at the Health and Energy Center at 11661 W Bluemound Rd. Wauwatosa. Bring a light appetizer to share, a favorite chair, and whatever you would like to drink. When considering a dish to share, please remember the basics of healthy sustainable eating; Local, Organic, Raw whenever possible.  If you have some lovely produce from your garden to share, this would be a great opportunity!
